Know the edges before you cross them.
Counterparty/liquidity risk
Atomic construction limits settlement risk but does not guarantee a maker is online or that desired liquidity exists.
Software risk
Smart contracts, wallet integrations, nodes and browsers can contain bugs. Audits reduce risk; they do not eliminate it.
Stablecoin risk
USDG is issuer-controlled and may be subject to lawful freezes or other issuer actions. Harpocrates cannot override them.
Regulatory risk
Privacy coins and money-transmission rules differ by jurisdiction and can change. Availability must follow approved legal policy.
Opsec tip: swap from a fresh wallet
Harpocrates asks nothing about you, so the strongest link to a swap is a habit you bring with you. Use a fresh EVM wallet instead of one already tied to an exchange account, avoid reusing addresses across swaps, and run your own Monero node and RPC endpoint where you can.
